HR PRO Association is a professional community of HR specialists that promotes innovative approaches to people management. Founded in 2020, the organization unites over 650 members and 150 experts, creating a platform for knowledge exchange and the implementation of best practices.

For 11 years, HR PRO has been an official SHRM partner and the exclusive provider of SHRM-SCP and SHRM-CP certifications in eight countries, offering intensive preparatory courses and educational programs aligned with global standards.

HR PRO Ukraine is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification programs.
This program is valid for 8 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification.

The Association has hosted 30+ events, bringing together over 3,000 HR professionals. Each year, it organizes the HR PRO Awards — a national award that celebrates outstanding HR practices and industry leaders.

Yesterday, a truly significant event took place — the HR PRO Awards. First of all, it was highly professional and reputable — with hundreds of participants representing the profession and more than 50 experts, each of whom evaluated dozens of projects across 11 nominations. Secondly, it was genuinely engaging — the presented projects once again highlighted the strong people-centric approach in business. And thirdly, it was a true recognition of the HR profession — on a large scale, with complete transparency, and in a way that companies truly value.
