HR PRO Association is a professional community of HR specialists that promotes innovative approaches to people management. Founded in 2020, the organization unites over 650 members and 150 experts, creating a platform for knowledge exchange and the implementation of best practices.


For over 10 years, HR PRO has been an official SHRM partner. Today we represent them in nine countries — Poland, France, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Slovenia — as a certified provider of SHRM-SCP and SHRM-CP certifications, offering intensive preparatory courses and educational programs aligned with global standards.

HR PRO is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification programs.
This program is valid for 8 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification.
